StreamrTV, operated by Streamr Apps AG, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the StreamrTV Service.

We do not require users to register or submit personal data to access StreamrTV.

We collect limited usage information via Matomo (self-hosted analytics software), including:

  • Device type and operating system

  • Browser type and version

  • Country of access (approximate, not precise)

  • Pages viewed and time spent

  • Referral sources (e.g. UTM campaign links)

We anonymise IP addresses before processing and do not store full IP addresses.

3. Cookies

StreamrTV uses essential cookies solely for analytics and basic service functionality.

4. Use of Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Understand how users interact with the Service

5. Application Monitoring (Sentry)

We use Sentry (provided by Functional Software, Inc.) to monitor application performance, detect bugs, and respond to errors that occur during your use of the Service.

Sentry may collect technical information such as:

  • Error messages and stack traces

  • Browser type and version

  • Device and operating system

  • Timestamps and usage context

  • IP address (used transiently for diagnostic routing, then discarded)


We do not intentionally send personally identifiable information (PII) to Sentry. All error tracking is configured to minimise data exposure and comply with data protection regulations.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the limited data we process.

7. International Data Transfers

As we are based in Switzerland, your data may be processed outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
